DCC RESUME problem with newer mIRC versions

I'm running XChat 2.0.5.

I have experienced problems resuming files to mIRC users running newer
mIRC versions. (The problem became more apparent as many mIRC users
have upgraded recently due to the last mIRC exploit.)

I ran some tests and found a difference in the resume request from
mIRC user with newer (mIRC 6.12) and older (mIRC < 6.0) versions:

6.12:     DCC RESUME "" 9000 125636
<6.0:     DCC RESUME file.ext 9000 125636

(yes, I made the numerical values identical)

It seems the first one is not recognized as a resume request.

Has anyone experienced similar problems?
