win32 problems - userlist problems

Hi,

sometimes in win32, the userlist is the same for all 
channels, eg it doesn't refresh properly when you switch 
channel tabs... when this happens, the CPU usage goes to 100% 

sometimes i can join/leave channels randomly and it may go 
away, usually though i have to restart xchat... if it does go 
away, CPU usage goes back to normal
