win32 problems - copy/paste problems

Hello,

2 problems im having with win32,

1)
i think ever since 2.0.4 (or maybe earlier) i've had this:
xchat seems to be doing something weird with cut/paste, 
sometimes i cant copy and paste even in normal programs 
(eg, if i copy from notepad, and try to paste in 
notepad, nothing will show it) this will fix when 
i select some text and deselect it in xchat.

the behaviour should be changed to work with other 
win32 programs, ie, only ctrl-c should copy to clipboard, 
NOT selecting text by itself, this seems to be causing 
problems for me

2) when you right click in the window to bring up the menu, 
and then alt-tab to another program, the menu will not 
disappear, you must go back to xchat and left click 
on the window ... this is not important, and is actually 
a gtk problem, not xchat
