Few questions about (windows version) xchat

Hi,

i have few questions about XChat.

How i can hide xchat in to "tray" (taskbar), like in mIRC.

and

How i could delay for few seconds that "on-join-command" thing. It sends
now op-command for bots before i join to channels, and its useless then.
