New URL for the Experimental XChat builds for Windows?

It seems that the person who maintained the site that had the
experimental XChat builds for Windows: http://ursus.mif.vu.lt/xchat/ has
changed the URL and the one linked on
http://www.xchat.org/files/binary/win32/ is returning site not found.

Does anyone know or remember what the new URL is? The person had it
posted on the site, but it doesn't seem to be available in Google's
cache nor at archive.org.
