Option for disabling mass whois

I just noticed that the option to track away status in channels larger 
than [xx] seems to track away status even on channels that are too 
large. This could be a huge problem if server admins start noticing 
X-chat users doing this.

Although it was a good idea in theory... Could an option to turn it off 
be implemented for the 2.0.5 release?
