Feature request

For anyone who helps out in a high population channel, it would
be nice to be able to say right-click a name and choose "Beep
on message" such that you could get a beep if *that* person said
something in *that* channel.  This could be a temp setting that
goes away when you or the person you are monitoring leaves the
channel or maybe something that is remembered conf file listing
users and channels.

Thoughts?
