Apparently, the problem was a bug in X-chat that's been corrected in the 
cvs. The current version only prints out the system command instead of 
executing it, but since most people don't run CVS anyway, and almost 
nobody has the dccsend/dccserver programs, it shouldn't really matter 
yet. I guess I'll send it along to the dccsend author when the tim comes.
