Ah... But actually, the dccsend program (And a "dccserver" program for 
receiving from people with firewalls and mIRC or "dccsend") already 
exist. If you use gentoo, just emerge 
/usr/portage/net-irc/dccserver/somethingorother.ebuild... They work 
quite well, I even set up a DCCserver on port 59 without forwarding or 
root privs, and received a file from myself...  You can also find it on 
freshmeat.

Thanks for the help though...! I guess I'll build from that and possibly 
create something that works, and then pass it on to the author of 
"dccsend" in case he wants to include it.
