telnetting from xchat

hello,
is it possible to open a plain telnet session within xchat? the server 
window almost does it exept for the on-connect commands (NICK and such), the 
fact that u need to type /raw for every line and that some special chars are 
handled diffrend. 

does anyone knows a simple solution or this?
