Transparency (at least Win32 build) broken

Hi xchat-discuss

It seems that transparency doesn't completely work, at least on Win32
builds.
I don't use server tabs, so when the transparency is set up on XChat
launch, it is set for a window with userlist on the right side of the
screen.
When i later open a query, the part of query-background that would be
a userlist in a channel-tab shows black, instead of the appropriate
part of the wallpaper.
When i go to the settings menu and just click ok while being inside a
query, the transparency is reset with proper size and the complete
query-background is transparent.
I don't know if this happens in *ix-Versions too, but at least in
Win32 with resizeable userlist it does.
