small feature request.

Hi There,

I just started using xchat2 (through debian unstable packages) and there is 
one small thing that annoys me a little.

This whole drag-and-drop the channel tab thing.
Since I am in alot of different channels, I'll often just click through them 
very quickly to see if there is anything new or exciting going on, and for 
some reason it seems I sometimes accidently drag and drop the tabs, and they 
detach. Thats really annoying. Could there be an option for disabling the 
dragging/droping of tabs?

Also - a little bug. Once a tab is 'detached', the menu item for reattaching 
it says 'detach' - shouldn't it be 'reattach' or something?
