A person sitting at a computer behind a linux-nat firewall would have 
one of these addresses, which means that if they had the irc-nat module 
installed on the firewall, DCCs would fail.  Perhaps the option should 
be on by default, since I don't think it would hurt most users, but it 
should definitely remain an option, so that people can shut it off if it 
interferes with DCCs.
