Shouldn't the 'get ip from server' be on all the time,
or at least the option should enabled by default...

i've told so many people so far to check that option
and restart xchat before they DCC me.... most
people think their firewall is blocking, but usually
that option is the only problem

i see no reason it shouldnt be on...
