please try cvs - userlist algorithm changes

Hi All,

I've made some changes to the current cvs in the past day or so that
need some testing. The routines used for userlist and urlgrabber's insert,
delete and lookup are all new, and work faster (O(log n)). This is especially
helpful on large channels.

So, if you're already using a cvs snapshot, please update to current.
I just need to verify that nothing has been broken, since the code to
traverse the userlist had to be changed in these places:

* Commands: /mdehop, /mkick, /mop, /userlist, /wallchop
* Auto nick completion (when you type "partialnickname: message")
* Tab-key completion
* The userlist and urlgrabber itself.
* Plugin API's xchat_list_get(,"users")
