keyboard shortcuts request

Hey-
So, xchat 1.9.4 is shaping up pretty nicely for me :) It's still not
perfect but I haven't been able to crash it, and having xft in that
window makes life a lot better in general :) However, there is one thing
that continues to irritate me frequently- keyboard navigation, or lack
thereof. Once you've got a pure-or-nearly pure GNOME2 desktop, nearly
every app is consistent in using major keyboard commands. The ones I
miss most in xchat that I use everywhere else are:

ctl+q to exit the app
ctl+w to close tabs
ctl+t to open a new tab
ctl+<pgup|pgdwn> to go to the previous and next tab

These work in galeon, gedit, and (mostly) in gnome-terminal- so using
them in xchat would make using xchat much faster for me and for most
other people who use GNOME2 as their primary desktop. That's not many
people yet but it's growing :)

Anyway, thanks again for the loads of code already-
Luis Villa
