RH8 .desktop file Re: xchat 1.9.4 (devel)

I've created an xchat.desktop file that works for RH8.

The file is /usr/share/applications/xchat.desktop and I've pasted in the
contents at the end of this message.  This is very basic, and doesn't
have all the other languages, etc.  Also there was an option called
TryExec I didn't use, since only a few apps used it and those apps also
had the same command for Exec - so I fail to see the point.  Anyway,
hope this is helpful.
