I recently installed XChat 1.9.4 from xchat-1.9.4-0xc.i386.rpm. The installation went smoothly with no problem. But, when I try to start xchat I get this: > xchat ** (xchat:31575): WARNING **: Cannot open font file for font Lucida Sans 10 Segmentation fault (core dumped) I've searched the mailing list archives and there doesn't seem to be a similar problem. I do, of course, have Lucida Sans 10 on my system (RH 8.0) and it is my Application Font, Desktop Font, and Window Title Font in the Font Preferences dialog (I like it). So, is there a way to start xchat to bypass this problem? Or is there something else wrong? Thanks, Matt Thompson -- "And isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony, anyway?
