Sometimes? Failed/finished downloads are always listed. There's two ways
to remove them:

1) double-click them
2) /set dcc_remove 1, and they'll be auto-removed when complete/failed.

I've tried to do it, but no luck yet. A scrolled window makes the tabs scretch
for some reason. Anyone suggest another way to do it?
