How to enable a translation on x-chat 1.8.10 on win32?

Hi *

Just downloaded x-chat 1.8.10 for win32 today and try to find out if
it's possible to enable the german translation. In the documentation
I found the the 'EXPORT lang=XX' note, but I'm not sure where to set 
this option. Can anybody help?

I've also try to use multiple channels on a server, but was also not 
sure what delimiter to use (found nothing in the documentation) so I 
tested it by try and error, first ';' and then with the correct ',' 
maybee someone can add this to the documentation.

'#channels'.

On the same menu I try to add a connect command, if you just add a 
identify string it will be fine, if you add additional strings, it will 
be difficult to do that, the textbox is limited to 50 chars only!
