Can't connect to openprojects.net

Hi all,
  Anyone have a idea why I'm not able to connect to
the irc.openprojects.net servers?? Here is the message
that I get in the server window.  I'm using Debian
Woody with the 2.4.17 kernel and the latest XChat
1.8.8. 
I am able to connect to other servers.
Any Help is greatly appreciated.
