You may be surprised to receive this letter from
me,since you don't know me personally, thus, I have
tointroduce myself.  I am MR. KINS ROSSMAN, the
firstson of MR. PAUL ROSSMAN a farmer and leader
Movementof Democratic Change (MDC) in Zimbabwe until
recently,he was murdered in the land dispute in
Zimbabwe.  Iwas furnished with viable information form
theInternational Trade Centre here in Johannesburg and
Idecided to write to you.Before the death of my
father, he had taken me toJohannesburg to deposit the
sum of USD$16.5 MILLION(SIXTEEN MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND UNITED STATESDOLLARS), in a Finance Company,
as if he foresaw thelooming danger in Zimbabwe.  This
amount was meant forthe purchase of new machines and
chemicals for thefarms and the establishment of the
new farms inSwaziland.  This land problem came when
ZimbabweanPresident MR. ROBERT MUGABE introduced a new
Land Actwhich wholly affected the rich white farmers
and somefew black farmers.  This resulted to the
killing andmob action by Zimbabwean war veterans and
some lunaticin the society.  Infact, a lot of people
have beenkilled because of this land reformed Act for
which myfather was the victims.  It is against
thisbackground, that I and my family who are
currentlystaying in the law of South Africa prohibits
a refugee(asylum seekers) to open any bank account or
to beinvolved in any financial transaction.As the
eldest son of my father, I am saddled with
theresponsibility of seeking a genuine foreign
accountwhere this money could be transferred without
theknowledge of my government who are bent on
takingeverything we have got.  I am faced with the
dilemmaof investing this amount of money in South
Africa forfear of going through the same experience in
futuresince both countries have similar political
history. Moreover, the South African Foreign Exchange
policydoes not allow such investment as an asylum
seeker. As a businessman, whom I have entrusted my
future inhis hands, I must let you know that this
transactionis risk free.  If you accept to assist me

which willaid us in transferring the money into any

am willing togive you 20% of the money while the
remaining 75% willbe for my investment in your
