There are two places (one in src/fe-gtk/dialog.c and one in 
src/fe-gtk/userlistgui.c) where the maxcps argument to dcc_send is missing.
This will only affect users who compile it with gnome support. I just 
inserted prefs.dcc_max_send_cps... and it seems to work ;-)
