Colored Userlist :o)

Hi all,

maybe this a bit late for 1.8.x, but someone (except myself) might find it
useful, when sorting nicks from a to z and not by ops/voice/... .)

This is a diff against 1.8.9. It provides colored nicks according to the 
status of the user. An example screenshot can be found at 
http://drone.bee.de/~vetinari/xchat/userlist_color.jpg 

Usage:
 - toggle on off via:
		/set userlist_color 1
		/set userlist_color 0
 - set the color:
   COLOR is a color number from the palette:
   for ops:     /set uop_color COLOR  
       voice:   /set uvo_color COLOR
       halfops: /set uho_color COLOR
       admin:   /set uad_color COLOR
