windows xchat user needed...

Hello!

i have a dude who runs under windows who wants to give my perl scripts a
try :D

so i suppose he needs at least the windows xchat binary and one of the
windows perl ports, anything else? and i looked there are several
windows perl ports, which is the most suitable?

any other tips and tricks?  cause each time i meddle with some sort of
windows, i am painfully remembered why i haven't a single machine
running this....
