TOPIC raw


Hi,
	I'd just like to report an inconsistency with the TOPIC command. On 
bahamut ircd when an IRCop issues a /quote topic #channel the 
channel's topic should be displayed. In Xchat 1.8.8. I tried this - I 
got the topic in the raw window but not in the default normal 
windows. Just like to report it, not sure if its like that on all 
ircds though.
