How about you download it and try it for yourself? It isnt that difficult,
now, is it? And, God, quit the damn HTML mail already! I think we went that
route before? Hasnt AOL bought Netscape or something? So, why dont you just
use that? Its mail agent is _much_ better than that crap you're using!
And for the other emails, _PLEASE_ stop asking about port 59, various other
people have told you five million times already that it is a mIRC only
feature and NO WAY in hell will X-Chat support it! Understand that, in
unix, to run anything below port 1024, one must have root privileges.
Running an IRC client as root is just so incredibly stupid - I think X-Chat
should even _refuse_ to run as root (eggdrop comes to mind)! Just because
one _can_ shoot himself in the foot doesnt mean one _has_ to!
About the /list thing, did you even bothered to read the message you
replied to? I dont think so, if you had actually read it, you'd have
noticed this, quote "so I removed it and now my /list command works."
unquote. It was just a matter of a broken script, and the guy actually says
_IT IS_ fixed. Please _read_ before replying.
Sigh. Now I'm beggining to feel Marvin's pain...
Kind regards,
