Well, ok, true :)  But most people at least try and vaguely keep to the
spirit of rfc1459.

Yes, IRCnet have moved their "bounce" numeric from 005 to 010 (which is
used by other networks) and in their recent releases support 005 (and even
announce many of their specific changes).
