minor tab complete bug

I've found a minor bug in the tab complete (xchat 1.8.8).  In a channel
there was an opped user with the nick dab, and an un-opped user with the
nick dabeej.  Typing dab and hitting tab completed to the next opped
user after dab in the list.  Once dabeej was opped, things worked as
expected.

My guess is that the tab complete is using the nick list ordered as it
is in the display, when it should probably be using one sorted without
regard to op/voice status?
