Hi, (i'm not on this list so CC)

Could we please have some sanity in the old style nick completer?

Getting the first nick that matches and then continuing down the list is
not a good way of doing it, Getting the first nick that matches and then
continue on a *match* list would be much better... but i dunno exactly
how to change the code... I have tried but i get irratic behavior.. =(

Could someone out there who knows the code fix it?

My main thought is to do a new match list on each "new" nick check, but
how would i destruct the allocated data on quit?

I have experimented with the addition of a nickcomp element in the
session struct (char nickcomp[NICKLEN];) but i got in to more problems
than I could handle.. 

If someone does this, Please make the behavior cycle...
