Return-from-disconnect away timing

Here's a bug I keep getting (running 1.8.0 right now, but it's
done this on all the versions that set /away on returning from
disconnect).

I set /away, then eventually get disconnected. Here's what happens.

All the /aways for all 6 of the channels I'm in, before I actually rejoin
any of them. In fact, I get this in my status:

Not a huge issue, but rather annoying. If I weren't so busy, I'd try to
work on a patch, but...
