okay, I admit.. hold my horses and spank me or something :p 

I managed to send the wrong patch to the list :/ its noteable from the lack of a %changelog, as well as that the one i sent lacks several important things in the "make install" part.. Things that made it attempt to erase the existing /usr/bin/xchat ... -VERY- bad (especially if you, like many new to rpm, build your rpm's as root. ; )
