xchat.spec updated

okay, since I'm doing a whole bunch of packaging for the Gnome Packaging Project I thought I'd update the xchat specfile to use the system-defined prefix, bindir and datadir.
it also defines that the build requires gtk+-devel and gnome-libs-devel

other things, it now uses the script find_lang, that finds all .pos and indexes them in the rpm for the default language specified, this makes sure that only the languages specified in rpm's config get installed on a system. by default RedHat has that set to all, so ... Still ;)


here, attached, is a diff -u of the .spec files..
I've tested, built and installed it.
