ACK comes from the user receiving the file. If ACK-received is equal to
the file
size, that means the user has received everything.

Inclusive the ACK? Don't understand... You are offering a file, mirc
already has the whole thing, but tries to resume?

I don't think there's anything wrong with xchat's dcc, it hasn't changed
for many versions. What changes in dcc were made in mIRC 5.91?
