Userlist Toggle doesn't update in menu

Just for the hell of it, i right clicked in one of my windows, and unchecked 
"Menu" and "Topic" bars, and userlist.

I changed to another window and right clicked and the Userlist is visible but 
the menu item is not ticked/checked.

Is this a bug? Or a unfinished work?
