bug report and sugestions

Hi,

I've been using the latest versions of xchat, 1.8.0 now, and noticed that
when running from a terminal it doesn't return you the promp after exiting,
has anyone noticed this ? I'm compiling with GNOME and zvt support, no
plugins and no scripts.

Now some sugestions:

Remove the "scripts & plugins" menu when no support for both scripts and
plugins has been compiled, and remove the items for the stuff not compiled
in (do not include perl items if no support was added for them). And I realy
prefer the gtk version of the menu, with no submenus.

Save window size when using "Save settings now" and/or when exiting.

Option to remove the user type count at the top of the user list, or use text
instead of icons when the option "userlist icons" is off.

"Pretify" the GTK about dialog, Its using monospaced fonts and an entry widget
for the version string, so now I compile GNOME with support, It has a much
nicer about dialog =).

Use the gnome-terminal settings for the zvt shell tab when compiling with
GNOME support.

Restrict widget sizes in windows so that widgets don't overlap when resizing
the window, maybe open in other window instead of a tab when window size is
too small. Try opening the Ignore list in a tab on a 400x250 xchat window to
see what I meen =)

keep up the good work =)
