Bugs in xchat 1.7.8 for win32

Hi

this version works fine but there are some bugs:

- "/" in numeric pad doesn't work
- copy&paste doesn't work (ctrl+c, ctrl+v; middle button ecc...)
- mouse wheel doesn't work
- sometimes the text doesn't appear and I've to higlight it selecting with 
the mouse
