xchat mem leak?

Hi, I'm using xchat 1.7.7.

I have 3 server tabs and 4 channel tabs open within the main window.

i realized that after a few hours of usage, my memory ran out. 

I have 300m free at the start.

So I did a test. I go to the usual servers and channels and start switching between them randomly (ie click on their tabs)

After a while, i saw that each click for me uses up around 1 meg of ram.

I'm using the theme AquaGraphite on Debian unstable.

Wonder if this is an xchat or gtk thing.
