Sorry can't help you there, that patch did only a very simple change,
nothing that could cause what you're describing there. What do you mean by
"can't" anyway? keyboard won't type?? It's possible that your outbound
throttle is backed up, since you said you had 100 notifies. Open the rawlog
window and see what's happening.
