How about GnuPGP in xchat?

Hi

what do you think about implementing GnuPGP support into xchat?

We need a key-list file, so when we try to chat with someone that has PGP we 
estabilish a dcc secure connection and we send encripted text using is public 
key. 

It's only a idea but It woul be very usefull!
