Bug in notify list

Hi

Xchat > 1.7.5, that implement:
- Added support for WATCH command for use in notify list. Numeric 005
   must list WATCH for this to work.

show all offline users in some server. For example:
If I connect to Azzurranet (irc.libero.it , irc.oltrelinux.com) or to Dalnet, 
and I've 100 friend in notify list, and 5 of these are online, Xchat show me 
all the 95 offline users, like this:

--- Notify: n|N3 is offline (libero.azzurranet.org).
--- Notify: Chico20- is offline (libero.azzurranet.org).
--- Notify: kurt80 is offline (libero.azzurranet.org).
--- Notify: Tnem|deS is offline (libero.azzurranet.org).
--- Notify: raven^-^ is offline (libero.azzurranet.org).

ecc...

can you help me to fix this?
