So i probably changed it for some reason (probably because there were
multiple invitebots from the same ip numbers). But still, on the
userlist, the command works, %h is replaced by the hostmask.. but when i
set the message open a new tab, %h isnt replaced .. or replaced by
"Host" what doesnt really make a difference.
