persist_chans and /reconnect bug

When you have persist_chans set to ON and disconnect from a server,
normally the windows for each channel you were in are supposed to stay
'associated' with that channel when you reconnect. While it does do this
if you use a /server command, it has stopped working with /reconnect as
of version 1.7.4.

What happens is that when you do a /reconnect, it 'disconnects' again -
that is, the "Disconnected" message pops up as though you had just left
the server, and the window 'associations' are lost.

This bug is still present in 1.7.5, insofar as I can tell.
