best way to fix the `command` problem?

Hey All,

Anyone suggest the "best" way to fix this? So far I've just made it look
for ` and escape them, i.e. FIND ` REPLACE \`. Sound reasonable?

Another option could be to simply execute netscape WITHOUT a shell, but
this might break some functionality (that I can't think of atm)?
