I dont understand the gnome emulation stuff.. but glade definatly
supports pure gtk... Even further.. you dont even have to use libglade..

I usually let glade generate gtk source, then use the peices I need from
that source in my own projects. (just pure gtk code). This has a few
advantages... No need for libglade (btw the ONLY slowdown with libglade
is at startup..).. and the source would be the same as if I made it my
self...
