Serverlist Feature Suggestions

Conceptually, the list of channels to auto-connect to is something that
is usually common to a group of servers.  The current serverlist.conf
has a channel field for the group begin.  Being able to use this to set
default channels to join for a server group would be a time saver for
many people, I suspect.

One detail is whether servers and subgroups inherit their parent's
channel list.  I think that, to minimize the amount of bitching and for
maximum flexibility, this should be settable on a per-group/server
basis.

Another serverlist feature that would be nice is to have the ability to
try the next server in a group if connecting fails, optionally
traversing subgroups as well.
