url/email/nick/chan/etc highlighting is kinda acting up when the highlighted
text is followed by a ctrl-O (%O).  for example, put the following text into
a chan
  %B%C4#testchan%O testtext
then move your mouse pointer over #testchan.  testtext will be going
bold/unbold as #testchan will be highlighted/unhighlighted.  this is present
in 1.4.2 and 1.5.6 at least.  nothing bad there, just annoying at times.
