SSL-IRC/CTCP/DCC RFCs?

Hiya.
Does anyone know if there are any RFCs pertaining to ssled dcc/ctcps available
somewhere?
Also, there is a small bug in 1.5.6 with the /sslserver command.. the
"accept_invalid_cert" paramater doesn't seem to work, but selecting the accept
invalid cert box in the server listing does.
(Btw, there is a ssl server avaliable.. it's hq.alert.sk port 6667, but you
need to accept invalid certificates to connect)
There are also a few (two) other clients, epicssl.sourceforge.net and a bitchx
patch.
