Well I think the NOTICE comes back to you, and a notice isn't actually
channel specific, so there's no "correct" channel to print it to. It
should, in this case, print it to the frontmost channel, so I might have a
look at it some time.

Known bug, I've fixed it here, so it'll be fine in the next version.
