X-Chat 1.4.1 and Perl 5.6

I am pleased to announce that I have successfully built, tested and run X-Chat
1.4.1 with Perl support compiled with Perl 5.6..

The build environment was i586-Linux (Red Hat 6 w/kernel 2.2.14), Perl 5.6,
X-Chat 1.4.1, egcs-2.91.66.

There were a few warnings, but no errors, and it runs fine.
